In-company training
Stagesdespoles.be is the new platform of the five Walloon competitiveness clusters in partnership with colleges of higher education to match supply and demand between companies and students for in-company training to support technological innovation.
This new platform was launched in the framework of the Clusters In-Company Training project which was set up in October 2009.
The new platform is the fruit of the cooperation between the five Walloon competitiveness clusters:
in partnership with colleges of higher education to match supply and demand between companies and students in the framework of in-company training to support technological innovation in the French Community of Belgium.
The objective of the project
This in-company training is intended for students nearing the end of their university or higher education studies in scientific, technological or management fields. The objective of the project is to develop a series of practical competences sector among future higher education graduates to facilitate their integration into the sectors of economic activity supported by the five clusters.
In order to facilitate their integration into employment and increase the autonomy of the students receiving in-company training, new modules focusing on industrial themes (quality, project management etc.) will be added to the project on an ongoing basis.
At the current time, two training programmes are available:
- discovering the quality system of bioindustries and best validation practices,
- and raising awareness about the management of technological innovation projects.
