The General Assembly is composed of all BioWin’s members. It is chaired by the Chairman of the Governance Board or by the Vice-Chairman who replaces him.
The General Assembly is convened once a year to decide inter alia on the appointment of directors of the asbl and to approve the association’s budgets and accounts.
