The ClinEt project proposes a training pathway adapted to the needs of companies working in clinical research.

This training pathway created and validated by and for the CROs (Contract Research Organizations) that are the business partners of the project will enable jobseekers (JS) with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees to gain the necessary skills after two months of theory and practical training, followed by a two to three months work placement.

The various positions that the trainees may occupy during their initial training and after completing the training are:

• CTA-Clinical Trial Assistant
• CRA-Clinical Research Associate
• Medical Writer ou rédacteur médical
• Data manager
• Clinical Project Manager
