From 4 to 7 June

BIO is back in Boston to celebrate 25 years of innovation. The BIO International Convention is hosted by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), which represents more than 1,100 biotech companies, university institutions, state-run biotech centres and associated organisations across the United States and in more than 30 other countries.

The main benefits of the 2018 BIO International Convention include access to worldwide biotech and pharma leaders via the BIO one-on-one partnering scheme and to the exhibition, which includes more than 1,500 accessible educational sessions and unrivalled networking opportunities with more than 16,000 participants from 74 countries.
Our presence at BIO Boston will include:
  • a Belgian Pavilion, bringing together a large number of companies, research bodies, professional associations and public institutions who are actively involved in this sector;
  • maximum visibility in conference documentation;
  • a Belgian Café on Tuesday 5 June, a networking event in a relaxed atmosphere that generally attracts more than 1,000 event participants.
The registration fee is €600 excluding VAT for companies with fewer than 20 employees, and €1,200 excluding VAT for other companies. This fee covers:
  • a standard, open space in which to display one poster per company/organisation (provided by the pavilion builder) in the part of the pavilion dedicated to Wallonia;
  • access to the communal area of the Belgian Pavilion and tables to meet your contacts;
  • inclusion in the BIO catalogue and its website;
  • a profile of your company/organisation in the catalogue of Belgian exhibitors which will be actively distributed throughout the pavilion;
  • invitations to the Belgian Café;
  • access to the Exhibitor Booth Partnering for new participants and those who have used their access to previous events;
  • a permanent presence on the stand to take the details of anyone who wants to meet you;
  • a group hotel booking at the HYATT REGENCY BOSTON (booking code: BIO2018), subject to the quota allocated by the organisers to the Belgian delegation (the cost of the room and any hotel services will be invoiced directly to the participants);
