You will report to the Training Director

You will be part of a team of 4 people

In this role you will manage all the logistic aspects related to the organisation of trainings

For newly hired people
• Define together with the Training Director and Managers the training plan related to the role assigned
• Plan technical training sessions (theoretical and practical trainings)
o Follow-up training agenda
o Send out invitations and follow-up, prepare attendance logs, evaluation forms, certificates
• Ensure trainings are done in respect of deadlines, availability of the trainer, quality of content

For all employees
• Plan training sessions in case of new lab equipment implementation
• Ensure administrative follow-up into the Lims system

Profile :
Required
• Bachelor degree with a first relevant working experience in a coordination role
• Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and varied workload environment
• Computer literate
• Fluent in French

Pluses
• Experience of working in a training/pharma environment is an asset
• Good verbal and written communication in English
