Join our 1-hour webinar, starting with an introduction by François Côte, who will introduce how our group supports the development of diagnostic solutions. Following this, three experts will present their case studies on key topics in the field.
- Adrien Boes will present cases related to “Securing the Supply Chain: Strategies for Bioequivalent Polyclonal Antibody Development and the Future of Animal-Free Diagnostic Assays with rAbmAb.” He will cover large-scale production of polyclonal antibodies for diagnostic applications and recombinant antibody (rABmAb) development to improve conjugation performance and yields.
- Maroua Kammoun will speak on “Towards Label-Free Diagnostic Platforms: Solving Surface Device Transition Troubleshooting with Chemical Conjugates, Predictive Bead Surface Screening Models, and FC-Fusions.” She will focus on custom hapten conjugation for specific and sensitive assays, as well as the development of Fc-fusion proteins to improve antigen stability and enable oriented coating strategies.
- Maxime Gavage will conclude with a session on “Improving Mass Spectrometry Accuracy through Innovative Biologics.” He will discuss the use of concatemeric or tagged proteins for enhanced detection in mass spectrometry-based diagnostics, as well as immunopurification workflows optimized for these applications.
