Your main responsibilities:
- Managing and retaining the existing customer portfolio ;
- Developing prospecting activities with new customers in the life sciences research sector ;
- Analysing and understanding customer issues or needs and proposing suitable solutions to their requests or challenges ;
- Promoting the products across our full range (consumables and equipment) ;
- Preparing commercial proposals ;
- Following up and negotiating offers and quotations.
Your profile:
- You hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s level) in life sciences, bio‑engineering, … or have equivalent experience
- You are customer‑ and service‑oriented and enjoy taking on challenges
- You are familiar with the laboratory environment and the expectations of researchers
- You are able to work independently
