Your main responsabilities:

  • You carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of diagnostic equipment at customers’ sites or in our laboratories.
  • You handle the preparation of devices for demonstrations or commissioning.
  • You are responsible for managing and monitoring your spare parts inventory.
  • You write your daily intervention reports in an accurate and complete manner to ensure strict reporting to the technical team.
  • You communicate efficiently with the various departments of the company to guarantee an effective and high‑quality service.
  • Your customer base consists of private medical laboratories and hospitals in Belgium and Luxembourg

Your profile:

  • You have a higher education degree in electronics and/or automation, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with analyzers (immunology, chemistry, or hematology) is a real asset.
  • You are bilingual French/Dutch and have an active knowledge of technical English.
  • You are proficient with office software (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • You have basic knowledge and understanding of an IP network.
  • You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • You can work independently as well as within a close‑knit and motivated team.
  • You are willing to attend technical training abroad.
  • You are pragmatic, responsible, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
  • You are willing to provide additional on‑call services — Monday to Friday: 17:00 to 21:00, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: 08:30 to 17:00.
