As part of the development of its microscopy activities, Analis SA is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Microscopy to provide technical support, maintenance, and commissioning of optical and digital microscopes for our clients (academic, hospital, and industrial sectors).
Your main responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on microscopes;
- Diagnose malfunctions and carry out repairs on-site or at the office;
- Train and provide technical assistance to users on instrument operation and maintenance;
- Participate in demonstrations, technical presentations, and equipment testing;
- Write intervention reports and ensure administrative follow-up of equipment;
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical support to optimize customer service.
Your profile:
- You hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s level) in electromechanics or have equivalent experience ;
- You have a solid understanding of optical, mechanical, and electronic principles and have experience in maintaining scientific instruments or microscopes ;
- Experience in technical service, after‑sales service, or user support is an asset ;
- You are able to work independently, with rigor, and have a strong customer‑oriented mindset ;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit ;
- You speak French or Dutch and have a good working knowledge of English.
