🧩 What you’ll do
As an Operations Technician – Bioservices, you’ll be responsible for executing material kitting, labeling, packaging, and cleanroom operations in a GMP-compliant environment. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and Quality teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling kits and printing labels according to client specifications
Performing material transfers, cleanroom cleaning, and environmental monitoring
Completing batch records and documentation in real time
Supporting deviation investigations and SOP updates
Ensuring material availability and assisting with QA tasks
Participating in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Acting as a backup for cryopreservation operations when needed
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our kits are prepared with precision and care, supporting the delivery of advanced therapies.
🧠 What we’re looking for
A secondary school diploma (higher education is a plus)
1–2 years of experience in a GMP/GxP environment
Experience with material kitting and cleanroom operations
Fluent in French; English is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with documentation systems
Physically able to lift/carry up to 20kg and handle cryogenic containers
Ready to work in three shifts
