Your ultimate goal is to drive growth, create creative strategic marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness, driving demand for our innovative product & solution to deliver sales qualified leads allowing the Commercial team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.

Main responsibilities

Planning and Management

  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company by driving demand for our innovative product & solution.
  • Segment customers, prioritize marketing initiatives, Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.

Community building

  • Contribute to the creation of a KOL-collaboration framework and partnership in co-creation with the cross-functional teams in order to focus on: clinical – product – medical – therapy – partnerships with these KOL’s to establish our neuroClues community further.

Tradeshows planning

  • Plan and participate to conferences showcasing neuroClues to potential users
  • Tailor the marketing material to the target audience of such events
  • Define and implement follow up actions with the prospects met at conferences

Campaign Execution

  • Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, email marketing and advertising

Content and Compliance Management

  • Oversee content creation for a omnichannel approach including digital marketing
  • Manage content marketing strategy to ensure alignment with regulatory constraints.
  • Ensure all public-facing content is reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders and prior to publication.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Determine KPIs for the marketing department.
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Analyze the company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements.

Budget Management

  • Keep the marketing budget in check.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful approach to market positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Attend conferences and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align messaging with technical innovation.

Required competencies

You have (required):

  • MSc in Marketing of medical devices, business or similar relevant qualifications
  • Well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion and strong knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing implementation
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce,…) and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience of relevant technology
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In 2020, we decided to launch NeuroClues with a team of doctors and engineers to help our healthcare system jump the chiasm of technology. We believe in cross fertilization allowing to find answers to complex healthcare problems amongst other existing fields. We are committed to positively impact humankind.

Our first mission is to develop and propagate an eye-tracking lab to help objectively diagnose neurologic diseases through instant quantification of the clinical examination.
