To support our growing team, we are looking for a Senior Scientist Molecular Biology, strengthening our team to advance our mission to deliver transformative therapies to patients worldwide.

Your Role
As a Senior Scientist in our Discovery Team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our research. Under the supervision of the Director of Discovery, your ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to innovative scientific strategies will be crucial to our success. This Is Wat You Will Be Working On
- Lead molecular design discovery using top-of-the-line techniques and software.
- Design and optimize antibodies and biological payloads to support the research pipeline.
- Execute molecular biology experiments to discover and characterize novel therapeutic candidates.
- Generate and optimize DNA constructs for protein expression in various systems.
- Collaborate closely with protein scientists to support the expression and characterization of new molecules.
- Apply bioinformatics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret biological data.
- Guide developments, analyze and interpret data to drive research forward.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop solutions to improve workflows and experimental outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, documenting protocols, results, and observations.
- Contribute to technical documents such as study reports, protocols, and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
Requirements
For a successful fulfilment of this position, we are interested in candidates meeting the following requirements:
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in molecular design.
- Expertise in rational design, directed evolution, and related techniques.
- Strong proficiency in computational biology, structural biology, and bioinformatics using software (e.g. such as PyMOL, Rosetta, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize experiments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Positive attitude, curiosity-driven mindset, and a passion for scientific discovery.
