BioWin’s Innovation Lab: Got an idea? Let’s talk.

Event

Are you working on something new in biopharma or health-tech? Maybe you are looking for a solid research partner. Maybe you are looking to push an idea further. Or maybe you just want to collaborate with great minds who think like you do.

Whatever stage you are at, BioWin’s Innovation Lab is a great place to start. We are inviting our R&D ecosystem to join us for a free collective intelligence session, an afternoon of discussions and workshops to imagine the next projects together.

When: Thursday 22 May 2025, 15h30 – 19h30
Where: Business Ecolys Village, Namur

What is this event all about?

BioWin is committed to supporting the most effective solutions to the challenges facing healthcare today. Through this event, we want to guide our members toward high-impact innovation themes and help them explore new opportunities, including potential funding, especially in connection with our upcoming Open Call.

The four themes we will explore:

  • AI in drug discovery: AI-designed drugs are entering clinical trials and moving fast toward market. The first approvals will mark a turning point for this approach.
  • Twin transition: The shift toward digital and sustainable manufacturing is gaining ground, especially in biopharma, radiopharma, and ATMP sectors.
  • Telemonitoring: As the population ages, remote care and follow-up tools are becoming essential, especially to ease pressure on hospitals and improve revalidation and emergency care.
  • 4P medicine: Healthcare is evolving to become more personalised, preventive, predictive, and participatory. Earlier detection through genetic and environmental data helps reduce both suffering and healthcare costs.

The selected themes align with all IIS of the DIS2. Representatives from ATMP Wal, MedTech Wallonia, MedReSyst and S3 representatives will be present.
